1. Introduction
Welcome to Savv.ie! Savv.ie is operated by RCJB Enterprise Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”), a company incorporated in Ireland with company registration number is 760648 and having its registered address at 226 Harolds Cross Road, Dublin, Ireland.
The terms and conditions set out below (this "Agreement") govern your use and access to the Savv.ie website (the “Website”) or the Savv.ie widget (in circumstances where Savv.ie has granted you a licence to use the widget) and all other services provided by Savv.ie, including access to our Website via desktop, as well as mobile (together, the “Services”).
Savv.ie provides location data and other information relevant to a particular area/property in the Republic of Ireland and then gathers and assimilates such data in the form that may be viewed on the Website on a non-exclusive basis.
Users acting pursuant to a separate licence agreement with Savv.ie are “Licence Users” for the purposes of this Agreement.
2. Your Consent
Please review this Agreement carefully. By accessing and using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understand, and accept this Agreement and that you agree to abide by its respective terms each time you access and use the Services. If you do not agree with any of this Agreement, you may not use the Services.
By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Agreement, you may not access or use the Services.
3. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Website or the Savv.ie Service after any such changes will constitute your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
Licence Users will be notified when we make changes to this Agreement by email at least 15 days before they become effective, during which time period, Licence Users may terminate this Agreement and any licence (if applicable) if they do not agree with the revisions.
By continuing to access, browse and use the Website, users will be deemed to have agreed to any changes or updates to this Agreement.
4. Service Access to and Use of Services
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Website and/or the Services. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Website and/or the Services through your internet connection are aware of this Agreement, and that they comply with same.
You acknowledge that access to the internet, mobile phone networks and other communication media required for the provision of the Services are inherently associated with risk including viruses, data security, and piracy, availability of the Services and reliability of transmission. We do not warrant that any of the Services will be provided without interruption or error-free. We reserve the right to suspend all or part of the Services as may be necessary to undertake routine or emergency maintenance from time to time.
We have the right to temporarily or permanently disable, suspend or restrict without limitation any password, name, mobile phone number, IP address or other method that we may allow to be used on the Website from time to time to identify users (whether chosen by you or allocated by us), at any time, at our discretion, including if, in our opinion, you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of this Agreement.
We reserve the right from time to time to alter or modify the Services (in whole or in part) as it deems appropriate and to alter or modify the format and content of the information contained therein.
4. Service Access to and Use of Services

5. Disclaimer of Liability and Indemnification
All Services are provided on an “as is” basis. Data used on the Website is not vetted or verified by Savv.ie. Savv.ie makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness or recency of the data on its Website. We accept no responsibility or liability for keeping the information on the Website up to date or complete. We have no control over the information gathering or verification process of the third parties from which we obtain certain data and unless otherwise stated, the data contained on the Website does not represent the views, advice, or opinions of Savv.ie or any of its employees. We shall not be liable for any failure to perform any of our obligations under this Agreement caused by matters beyond our reasonable control.
You agree and acknowledge that Savv.ie is an information society service provider, as defined in Directive 2000/31/EC (as transposed into Irish law by the European Communities (Directive 2000/31/EC) Regulations, 2003 (S.I. 68 of 2003)) and Article 1(1)(b) of Directive (EU) 2015/1535, and that it is not under any obligations to monitor the information which it transmits or stores on the Sites. You agree and acknowledge that Savv.ie shall not be liable in respect of information which is hosted or cached by it or in respect of which it acts as a mere conduit. You acknowledge that the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the “Digital Services Act”) shall apply to such information, and that where Savv.ie has not been given substantiated notice outlining the nature of illegal content hosted or cached on its platform, it shall not be considered to have actual knowledge or awareness of such illegal content being hosted or cached on its platform, and it shall be under no obligation to take any positive action to remove such illegal content.
Savv.ie is not responsible and disclaims any liability for the consequences of any actions that you may take or refrain from taking as a result of the data available through the Services. It is solely your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of all data available through the Services. You understand and agree that your use of the Services or reliance on the data the Services provide, is at your own discretion and risk.
You accept that Savv.ie has no obligation to provide specific information to you at any given time and you therefore agree that Savv.ie has no liability to you if for any reason any aspect of the Services, including specific categories of information or data, is temporarily unavailable to you or is removed from the Service permanently.
Our Services may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.
Savv.ie shall have no liability for any of the Licence User’s activities or content associated or related to such Licence User’s website or the manner in which such Licence User’s website is operated.
We disclaim any warranties, express, implied, or statutory, regarding the Services, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, functionality or non-infringement. We further disclaim any warranties regarding the security, reliability, timeliness, availability, accuracy of information produced and performance of the Services. We will not be liable (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise) for direct, indirect, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including any loss of revenue, profits, goodwill, use, or data) arising from your use or display of or inability to use or display, the Services.
You agree to indemnify and keep indemnified Savv.ie (and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers) against all losses, costs, damages, claims and expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from or connected to:
- a breach by you of this Agreement;
- your access to or use of the Website or Services in a manner that infringes or is alleged to infringe any applicable law or the rights (including, without limitation, the privacy or intellectual property rights) of any other person; or
- in the case of a Licence User, your website or any materials that appear on your site or including the combination of your site or those materials with other applications, content, or processes, or the use, development, design, manufacture, production, advertising, promotion, or marketing of your website.
You also understand that we do not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading through the Website will be free of infection or viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other code that manifest contaminating or destructive properties. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to the Website for the reconstruction of any lost data.
All warranties, conditions and other terms implied by statute or common law are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded from this Agreement. For Licence Users, the extent of our liability to the Licence User shall be limited to the fees paid by the Licence User to us in the twelve-month period preceding any claim.
6. Restrictions on Right to Use
You may not use the Website or the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website or Savv.ie or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Services.
By accepting this agreement, you expressly accept that you are prohibited from using the Service in any way that is unlawful, that is prohibited by this agreement or for any purpose not foreseeable by Savv.ie. You further undertake that you will not:
- use or display the Service in any way for which you have not obtained all necessary licences and/or approvals;
- use or display the Services in any way that is designed to copy, reproduce, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, adapt or make error corrections to the Services in whole or in part;
- remove any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary rights notices contained in or on the Website and/or Services;
- sublicence, loan, sell, rent, distribute or lease the Services to any third party;
- post or use any material or the Services in a way that is threatening, unlawful, intimidating, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, dishonest, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience;
- use the Services in any way which is technologically harmful (including, without limitation, computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, harmful components, corrupted data or other malicious software or harmful data);
- misuse the Service, including without limitation, by hacking, attempting to take any action that might interfere with or modify the proper working of the Service;
- use the Service in any way that is designed to obtain password, account, or private information from any other user of the Service;
- submit unwanted communications (material that might be described as ‘spam’) to other users of the Service, submit content which links to affiliate programs, marketing schemes, or sites which repurpose existing content;
- use the Service in a way that imposes, or may impose, an unreasonable load on the Service’s infrastructure. Savv.ie has sole discretion in deciding what activity may be regarded as unreasonable in this regard; or
- use any automated software (often referred to as ‘spiders’, ‘scrapers’, etc.) in relation to the Service without receiving written consent from Savv.ie and that you will only ever access the Service manually.
If you breach any of the above clauses, Savv.ie shall be entitled immediately to terminate your access to and use of the Service, for which it shall incur no liability to you and shall not be liable to make any kind of payment or refund to you in order to compensate you for loss of access or any other reason.
7. Registration of Accounts, Usernames and Passwords, Deactivating Accounts
You may be required to register for an account to access certain features of the Website or the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. All information supplied by you must be complete and accurate.
Names and Email Addresses
You may not enter a name or email address that:
- contains “Savv” or otherwise misrepresents your relationship with Savv.ie or any other party;
- contains any profanity, is vulgar or offensive, or promotes an illegal activity;
- violates any trademark or other proprietary right; and/or
- misleadingly impersonates someone else.
We reserve the right to deactivate accounts containing names and/or email addresses that do not comply with this Agreement at our discretion.
Accounts and Passwords
We reserve the right to log off or deactivate accounts that are inactive for an extended period of time. You are responsible for all actions taken under your account and you agree only to use the Website using your own name, email address and password. You must make reasonable efforts to keep your password safe and not disclose it to any other person or permit either directly or indirectly any other person to use your email address or password to access the Website.
You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or access to your password.
You may change your password or profile by following instructions on the Website.
We will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using or accessing your password or account, either with or without your knowledge.
By providing us with your email address, you consent to our using that email address to send you Savv.ie Service related notices, including any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by post. We may also use your email address to send you other messages, such as changes to features of the Savv.ie Service and special offers. If you do not want to receive such email messages, you may opt out. Opting out may prevent you from receiving email messages regarding updates, improvements or offers.
We do not sell or knowingly pass any personal information from your account to any third party. Your details and privacy are important to us. If you feel that your information has been compromised in any way, please report it immediately to us at contact@savv.ie.

Deactivating Accounts
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Acts 1988 to 2018 (“Data Protection Law”), non-registered and registered users of our sites can request we delete any personal data. In some instances, we may be unable to delete your data if we are required to retain it to comply with our legal obligations (including requests from law enforcement agencies).
Without limiting the foregoing, the following may lead to a deactivation of an account:
- a request by you;
- a request by law enforcement;
- a breach of this Agreement;
- the making of unfounded notices;
- extended periods of inactivity;
- technical issues or problems.

8. Intellectual Property, Title, Use and Licence
Savv.ie own and retain all intellectual property rights relating to or arising out of the Services and the Website (including, but not limited to all database rights, trade marks, text, graphics, and program code) (except for any licensed content and software components included therein) and you acknowledge that you shall have no rights in or to the Services other than as expressly set out in this Agreement. Savv.ie does not grant you any license, express or implied, to the intellectual property rights of the Savv.ie or its licensors.
You are expressly prohibited from using the Services for commercial purposes without obtaining a written consent from Savv.ie to do so.
Nothing contained in this Agreement, nor any use of the Services by you, shall be construed as granting or otherwise transferring to you any ownership, interest or intellectual property whatsoever in the Services.
You are prohibited from modifying, publishing, transmitting, selling, participating in the transfer or sale or reproducing, creating derivative works from, distributing, performing, displaying or in any way exploiting any of the materials or content of the Services or the software or materials relating thereto in whole or in part. In particular, the use of any material or content from the Website on any other website or in a networked computer environment for any purpose is prohibited.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection therewith shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland. Each of the parties hereto irrevocably waives any objection which it might now or hereafter have to the courts in Ireland being nominated as the forum to hear and determine any suit, action or proceeding which may arise out of or in connection with this Agreement and agrees not to claim that any such court is not a convenient or appropriate forum. The submission to the jurisdiction of such courts shall not limit the right of any of the parties to take proceedings against the other in any other court of competent jurisdiction.
10. Waivers
No failure or delay on the part of either party in exercising any right, power or remedy under this Agreement shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise by either party of any such right, power or remedy preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, power or remedy. The remedies provided in this Agreement are cumulative and are in addition to any remedies provided by law or in equity, may be exercised from time to time or simultaneously and as often and in such order as may be deemed expedient by it and shall be cumulative and not mutually exclusive and the exercise of one shall not be deemed a waiver of the right to exercise any other.
11. Invalidity
If any provision of this Agreement shall become invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect under any law, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not in any way be affected or impaired.
12. Assignment and Entire Agreement
We may assign or subcontract any or all of our rights and obligations under this Agreement with you to a third party at any time, at our discretion. You may not, without our prior written consent, assign or dispose of any of your rights or obligations arising under the Agreement.
